  • What is the purpose of this event?

    Symposium is a networking event for brands and publishers in the Rakuten Marketing Network. Guests have the opportunity to learn about hot topics in the performance marketing industry whilst networking with other marketers and forging new business relationships.


  • Why am i having trouble registering online?

    Admission is limited to Rakuten Marketing clients, partners and invited guests.You must receive an invitation in order to register for the event.

    If you are a customer of Rakuten Marketing and have not received an invitation, please contact ukevents@mail.rakuten.com with your unique ID so we may update your information on our system.

  • What is the registration cancellation policy?

    Cancellations for Symposium London must be submitted in writing by Friday 15th April 2016. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to ukevents@mail.rakuten.com.

  • What is DealMaker?

    DealMaker is our very own interactive tradeshow where attendees have the opportunity to network with advertisers and publishers who have sponsored a DealMaker stand.

  • What is the event dress code?

    The dress code for Symposium London is business casual.

  • What is Pathable?

    Pathable is a free online community open exclusively to Symposium London attendees, to network with fellow attendees prior to the event. You can pre-book private meetings with other attendees which will be held in our designated Huddle Room from 08:30 - 18:30 throughout the event.

    We will be launching the Pathable community in March. All registered attendees will receive an invitation to join the community directly from Pathable. If you did not receive the invitation please contact ukevents@mail.rakuten.com.
